Position description
SAP OTC Service Manager – 6 Months + Extension – Barcelona (Hybrid)
RED Global is currently looking for an experienced SAP OTC Service Manager to join one of our key partners for an international project.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)
Key requirements:
- Experience with SAP SD / OTC processes.
- SAP service management or application support management experience.
- Experience managing P1 incidents, escalations and daily operations.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing international teams across different time zones.
- Experience with resource allocation and project tracking.
- Fluent English.
Candidates must be based in Barcelona for the duration of the project.
