Position description
Recruit 121 is hiring: Senior SAP Master Data SME / Process Owner
📍 Location: Remote – CET working hours
📅 Duration: 12 months
🚀 Start: January 2027
We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Management (MDM) specialist to lead master data processes, governance, and transformation initiatives within a global manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own master data governance, data quality, process design, and SOPs.
- Support MDM centralisation, harmonisation, and S/4HANA transformation.
- Align business requirements with global SAP standards and the Core Model.
- Support CMO onboarding, new-entity rollouts, controls, and automation.
- Collaborate with global SAP teams across MM, PP, and QM.
Essential Requirements
- 8+ years of MDM experience in a Process Owner, Lead, or SME capacity.
- Strong SAP MM, PP, and QM process knowledge.
- Experience with S/4HANA Business Partner, SAP MDG, or similar governance solutions.
- Manufacturing industry background.
- Knowledge of data governance, FI/CO integration, and GRC.
- Fluent English and excellent stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Have: Pharma/GxP, contract manufacturing, Ariba, automation, migration validation, and change management experience.
