About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Multi-Module Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our growing enterprise technology team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, and optimization projects across multiple functional domains.

The ideal candidate will possess core strength in at least one primary SAP module (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or EWM) coupled with strong cross-functional integration knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions on S/4HANA (Cloud or On-Premise).

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Implementation: Lead or contribute to end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycles—from blueprinting and design to realization, data migration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Architect and manage seamless integrations between multiple SAP modules (e.g., Financials, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) leveraging S/4HANA best practices and standard Business Partners/Fiori apps.
• Solution Design & Customization: Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP S/4HANA solutions, configuring modules according to industry best practices and global templates.
• Data & Process Migration: Guide clients through SAP Activate methodology, data cleansing, migration strategies (using LTMC/Migration Cockpit), and greenfield/brownfield transition paths.
• User Experience & Optimization: Leverage SAP Fiori UX, Embedded Analytics, and advanced S/4HANA capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance business efficiency.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with business process owners, functional leads, technical teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare comprehensive functional specifications, design documents, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 to 12+ years of total SAP consulting experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA across at least 2–3 full-lifecycle implementation projects.
• Module Expertise:
• Deep functional knowledge in at least one primary module (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, EWM, or PM) and strong working knowledge/integration capabilities across adjacent modules.
• S/4HANA Specific Competencies:
• Strong familiarity with S/4HANA simplifications, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Material Ledger, business partner concepts, and SAP Fiori launchpad navigation/apps.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and client-facing skills with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active SAP S/4HANA Certification in relevant functional modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private Edition).
• Exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), ABAP debugging knowledge, or interface tools (CPI/PI/PO) is a strong plus.
