I’m currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant to support major talent acquisition transformation initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a senior consultant with strong implementation experience across Recruiting and Onboarding, who is comfortable working independently with senior HR stakeholders, solution architects and implementation teams.

🔹 What you’ll be doing

• Lead requirements and business workshops.
• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding solutions.
• Define and optimise end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Configure Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll and Finance teams.

🔹 What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 3+ successful implementations across Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Strong HR/talent acquisition background.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment, candidate management, selection, offers, onboarding, compliance and reporting.
• Experience working in global or multi-country environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

📍 Location: Fully Remote

📅 Contract: 6 months initially, with potential extensions
