SAP EAM Lead Consultant / Solution Architect (Contract)

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a global consulting organisation delivering a large-scale international SAP transformation programme and are seeking experienced SAP EAM professionals to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a global SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme, working with international stakeholders, leading design workshops, driving solution delivery, and mentoring consulting teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of SAP EAM solutions across a global programme.
• Drive requirements gathering, solution architecture, and business process design workshops with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership across the full SAP project lifecycle, from blueprint and design through build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage and mentor functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery standards across multiple workstreams.
• Act as the SAP EAM Subject Matter Expert for business and technical stakeholders.
• Support integration design with other SAP modules such as PM, MM, S/4HANA, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Review solution designs, functional specifications, and testing activities.
• Work closely with programme leadership to ensure successful delivery across multiple countries and business units.

Required Experience

• Extensive hands-on SAP EAM experience gained on large-scale SAP programmes.
• Strong experience leading global SAP implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience designing SAP EAM solutions from concept through deployment.
• Demonstrable full lifecycle SAP project experience.
• Previous experience leading and managing teams of SAP consultants.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and business processes.
• Experience working within international and multicultural project environments.

Desirable Experience

• SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation experience.
• Experience within manufacturing, utilities, energy, engineering, or asset-intensive industries.
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and integration with other SAP modules.
• French and/or Dutch language skills.
• Previous consulting background within a major system integrator or global consultancy.
