Responsibilities

As a Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of data migration to ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system for ECC- S4 transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Hands on experience with SAP Data Migration and BODS
• Must have experience on a ECC - S4 data migration transformation's
• Coordinate teams, define migration approaches and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth and reliable transition.
• Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key project decisions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
• Analyze and resolve complex data migration challenges by applying deep technical knowledge and innovative problem-solving techniques.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the migration process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve migration processes to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of data transfer activities.
