Your main responsibilities :

As a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will join a growing consulting environment and contribute to large-scale HRIS transformation projects for international clients.

Your role will combine functional expertise, project leadership and client advisory, with a particular focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects
• Acting as a key functional advisor throughout the project lifecycle
• Running workshops to understand, structure and challenge business requirements
• Designing Core HR processes and translating business needs into effective SuccessFactors solutions
• Configuring and overseeing Employee Central solutions
• Supporting the definition of project approaches, priorities and delivery plans
• Coordinating activities between business stakeholders and project teams
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of functional designs and deliverables
• Supervising testing, deployment and go-live phases
• Anticipating project risks and supporting the resolution of complex issues
• Supporting stakeholders throughout HR transformation initiatives
• Presenting project progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Coaching and supporting less experienced consultants
• Contributing to internal methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives

Depending on your experience, you may also contribute to:

• Pre-sales and solution demonstrations
• Responses to tenders and client proposals
• Business development activities
• Development of HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors offerings
• Internal knowledge sharing and consultant development

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant who combines strong functional expertise with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience delivering complex HRIS implementation or transformation projects
• Good understanding of Core HR processes and HR operating models
• Previous experience working in international environments
• Ability to lead workshops and interact with senior stakeholders
• Experience coordinating project teams and multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation and consulting skills
• Ability to analyse complex requirements and propose pragmatic solutions
• Experience mentoring or supporting other consultants
• SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly Employee Central, would be highly appreciated
• Fluent French and English are required
• Additional European language skills would be a plus
