Frankfurt | 60% Remote | Up to €120k | S/4HANA | No Travel

Our client is a well-established, multi-billion € international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Germany.

They are currently investing significantly in their SAP landscape as part of a major global S/4HANA transformation. This is a long-term opportunity to join an established business and take ownership of SAP Finance solutions within an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Designing future Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Product Costing, Reporting).
• Conducting fit‑gap analyses and supporting migration, testing, cut‑over activities, and hypercare.
• Harmonizing data, structures, and process standards across multiple international sites.
• Collaborating closely with IT, Accounting, Controlling, Operations, and local teams.
• Ensuring fulfillment of regulatory, accounting, and management‑relevant requirements.
• Acting as Finance Process Owner within the future operating model.
• Managing Finance processes, data quality, and governance.
• Serving as a business partner to various operational units.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in Finance/Controlling
• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working on ERP or transformation projects.
• High analytical capability and strong process and system affinity.
• Excellent communication skills, a structured working style, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Motivation to actively shape change and take responsibility for long‑term systems and process evolution.
