Recruit 121 is currently looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead to join a long-term project Germany.

🔹 Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery across implementations, transformations, global rollouts, enhancements and AMS/support. You will own the Finance solution, lead onsite/offshore teams and work closely with senior client stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI and S/4HANA Finance design, configuration, integration and solution governance.
• Manage FI-GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax and Withholding Tax.
• Drive greenfield and brownfield implementations, rollouts and transformation programmes.
• Oversee O2C, SD Billing, FI-AR, VKOA, CO-PA/Margin Analysis and SAP RAR integration.
• Lead Banking, payment processing, BCM, MBC and reconciliation solutions.

🔹 Essential Requirements

✅ 14+ years of overall SAP experience, including approximately 12 years of hands-on SAP FI experience.

✅ 5+ years as an SAP Finance Lead.

✅ Minimum 3 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA programmes.

✅ Strong greenfield and brownfield implementation experience.

✅ Expertise in SAP Finance, Banking, payment processing, reconciliation and Finance integrations.

✅ Experience with SD/MM, Treasury, external systems and complex issue resolution.
