We are looking for an SAP Warehousing Lead to support its SAP S/4HANA transformation program across the AMEA region. This role will lead the design validation, harmonization, optimization, and deployment of warehousing and inventory management processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and driving operational excellence across manufacturing sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the AMEA MTI lead for Warehousing & Inventory Management within the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions across AMEA manufacturing plants
• Review and align warehouse operating procedures with future-state SAP processes.
• Identify process gaps and drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead testing, validation, defect resolution, and go-live support activities.
• Deliver training, change management, and user adoption programs for key stakeholders.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Master Data, and Internal Controls teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Support business continuity planning, cutover execution, and post-go-live hypercare activities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations and SAP environments within manufacturing.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Warehouse Management solutions (EWM, CWM, or DWM) and Inventory Management processes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory control, and SAP ECC processes.
• Experience in process improvement, business transformation, testing, and project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
