We are partnering with a leading international organization in the mobility and advanced manufacturing sector to find a Team Lead SAP Basis, Operations & Landscape to join their team in Valencia. This is a unique opportunity to lead the operational backbone of a complex SAP ecosystem while working in a highly international environment.

What will you do?

• Lead the SAP Basis, Operations & Landscape team.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the SAP landscape.
• Manage SAP systems administration, technical upgrades, support packages, and SAP HANA databases.
• Oversee DEV, QA, PRE-PROD, and PROD environments.
• Drive infrastructure monitoring, disaster recovery, and high-availability initiatives.
• Coordinate incident management and oversee major incident resolution.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external providers across multiple countries.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in SAP Basis and SAP operations management.
• Solid background working with SAP HANA environments.
• Experience with ITIL-based service, incident, and change management.
• Previous leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory. You will be working in an international environment and collaborating with global teams on a daily basis.
• Spanish is also required.
