This position combines deep SAP functional expertise with business consulting, change management, and project leadership. You will guide clients through the complete transformation lifecycle from strategy and process design to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead SAP functional workstreams from planning and solution design
• Advise senior client stakeholders using deep SAP and industry expertise
• Drive Fit-to-Standard adoption and organizational change
• Manage SAP projects across the full delivery lifecycle
• Lead multiple projects and develop high-performing consulting teams
• Apply AI to improve delivery speed, quality, and productivity
• Capture and share project knowledge internally and externally
• Collaborate with global and multidisciplinary delivery teams

Required experience:

• SAP consultant certification
• At least two of the following:
• Three or more SAP implementations involving FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, PS, or related modules
• Two or more years of project management or leadership experience
• SAP experience covering planning, requirements definition, go-live, and ongoing support
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Native-level Japanese preferred
• Conversational English or above

Experience in AI-enabled SAP delivery, consulting management, process standardization, or international team collaboration is highly valued.
