For one of our international Automotive clients, we are currently looking for a Senior SAP SD/LE AMS Consultant with strong automotive logistics experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant who understands end-to-end business processes and enjoys working in a support-driven environment.

Project Details

• Role: Senior SAP SD/LE AMS Consultant
• Workload: 4-8 hours/day (US-Time-Zone)
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Long-term engagement
• Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve SAP SD/LE support tickets
• Troubleshoot shipping, logistics, EDI/IDoc and pricing-related issues
• Support end-to-end processes from customer demand through shipping and invoicing
• Analyse and troubleshoot EDI/IDoc integration issues
• Work directly with business users and EDI/B2B teams
• Support customer-specific requirements, e.g. labelling

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE)
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry
• AMS/support and ticket-handling experience
• Good understanding of EDI and IDoc processes
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, from customer demand through shipping and invoicing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
