About the role

Senior SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for independently leading the SAP FI/CO stream in implementation projects, primarily focused on SAP S/4HANA. The role combines strong functional expertise, SAP solution design and configuration, as well as direct collaboration with clients. The Consultant will support projects from business requirements analysis and workshops through solution design, testing, Go-Live and Hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP FI/CO stream throughout full-cycle SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC implementations.
• Analyze business processes and client requirements and design appropriate SAP solutions.
• Conduct workshops covering finance, accounting, controlling and management reporting.
• Configure SAP FI/CO, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and CO processes.
• Design end-to-end Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes from the finance perspective.
• Design SAP FI/CO integrations with MM, SD, PP, HCM and reporting solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, RICEFW specifications and test scenarios.
• Support Unit, SIT and UAT testing, as well as financial data migration.
• Support cutover activities, Go-Live and post-Go-Live stabilization during Hypercare.
• Advise clients on optimizing, automating and standardizing financial processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, other SAP consultants and international project teams.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant.
• Participation in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO and core financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO configuration and R2R, P2P and O2C processes.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration with MM, SD, PP, HCM and reporting solutions.
• Experience preparing functional documentation, RICEFW specifications and test scenarios.
• Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills.
• English at C1 level.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, with a high level of independence and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with ECC → S/4HANA Finance migrations.
• Universal Journal, Central Finance, parallel ledgers, document splitting, Margin Analysis, Fiori.
• SAP Group Reporting/SAC/BPC, financial data migration tools, and international rollouts or global template projects.
