Recruit 121 is looking for an experienced SAP FICO REFX Consultant to join a major transformation programme.

🔹 The Role

You will play a key role across SAP S/4HANA FI/CO delivery, Dutch localization, testing, migration, cutover and hypercare. The position requires someone who can work independently across both business and technical finance workstreams in a fast-paced implementation environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-GL, FI-AA, FI-AP, FI-AR, Bank Accounting and CO within SAP S/4HANA.
• Support Dutch localization and statutory finance requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Lead/support UAT, cutover and hypercare activities for Dutch entities.
• Work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, developers and integration teams.
• Support data migration using LTMC, LTMOM, SAP Data Services or equivalent tools.
• Support integrations involving SAP BTP and IDocs.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to finance process design and continuous improvement.
• Provide support for RE-FX-related finance processes and interfaces, where required.

🔹 Essential Experience

• 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, with strong SAP S/4HANA exposure.
• Strong hands-on experience across SAP S/4HANA FI/CO.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Mandatory: Experience delivering at least one full-cycle SAP project in the Netherlands, covering implementation or rollout.
• Strong knowledge of GL, Asset Accounting, AP, AR, Bank Accounting and Controlling.
• Experience with SAP migration tools such as LTMC, LTMOM or SAP Data Services.
• Experience producing functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
• Proven experience across UAT, cutover and hypercare.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.

⭐ Desirable

• SAP RE-FX experience.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch statutory finance and localization requirements.
