Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a strong SAP EWM consultant to support a large-scale warehouse transformation program involving the migration from SAP WM to SAP EWM across multiple manufacturing sites for global and prominent FMCG brand.

This is a hands-on business-facing role focused on training, testing, cutover, defect support, and change management, helping local teams successfully adopt the new EWM solution built by Accenture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the transition from legacy SAP WM to SAP EWM
• Work closely with local business users and warehouse teams to ensure smooth adoption
• Understand and support the EWM solution delivered by Accenture
• Deliver and support training, testing, hypercare, and cutover activities
• Assist with defect management, issue resolution, and user support during deployment
• Engage with both management and blue-collar warehouse operators on the shop floor
• Drive change management activities and help users adapt to new processes
• Act as the local bridge between project teams and site operations

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SAP EWM
• SAP EWM certification preferred
• Experience supporting EWM projects, deployments, or rollouts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering user training and supporting cutover activities
• Comfortable working directly with warehouse personnel and operational teams
• Fluent English

Contract details for the role

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6+ Months with an option to extend.
• South Africa & Eswatini- onsite
• Agreement: 40 hours per week.-Independent contractor/Freelance
• Language: English & local languages are an advantage
