Are you looking to grow your career in SAP Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM)? We're seeking an SAP IAM Security Junior Consultant to support access management, compliance, and authorization processes in a dynamic Automotive Tech environment.

What You'll Do

✅ Support the IAM/Authorization team in maintaining user roles and access rights

✅ Gather and document access requirements from business stakeholders

✅ Assist with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes and access provisioning

✅ Support access reviews and recertification campaigns

✅ Maintain security documentation and ensure policy compliance

✅ Identify and escalate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and access-related risks

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in SAP Security, IAM, or a related role

Technical & Functional Skills

• SAP Authorization Management (Mandatory)

• Understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, roles, users, and permissions

• Basic knowledge of SoD controls and compliance requirements

• Familiarity with access request, approval, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes

• Exposure to IAM tools, ticketing systems, or service desk solutions

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools

• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
