We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Consultant to join a major transformation programme involving a carve-out and lift-and-shift migration of both SAP and non-SAP applications into an SAP RISE environment.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in documenting, analysing, and optimising business processes within an organisation where many processes have not yet been formally documented. You will work closely with business stakeholders to capture current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the wider transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the documentation of as-is business processes across multiple functional areas.
• Utilise SAP Signavio Process Modeler to map and model end-to-end business processes.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand current ways of working and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Support process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process documentation.
• Ensure process transparency and alignment throughout the SAP transformation programme.
• Translate complex business activities into clear and structured process models.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP Signavio Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP Signavio Process Modeler.
• Experience delivering at least one full SAP Signavio implementation, including:
  • Environment provisioning
  • Process discovery and mapping
  • Business process modelling in Signavio
  • Explaining and validating processes at a business process level
• Strong understanding of business process management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Functional Domain Experience

Strong experience in business analysis and process mapping across the following areas:

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Supply Chain business processes

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on carve-out programmes.
• Exposure to SAP RISE transformations.
• Experience supporting lift-and-shift migrations involving SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Industry experience within the Dairy sector is advantageous but not essential.
