RED Global is currently looking for an experienced SAP TM Consultant to support a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will be responsible for driving transportation management processes, requirement gathering, solution design, testing activities, and deployment support across global business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and shape global and country-specific Transportation Management requirements with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ensure Transportation Management process flows are covered within end-to-end business scenarios and support PQ script preparation.
• Create, update, and support execution of PQ scripts and testing activities.
• Lead business workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation planning and execution processes.
• Support deployments, cutover activities, user training, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP TM and S/4HANA Transportation Management.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
• Proven experience as SAP TM functional on global implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement, Charge Calculation, Logistics Integration, and TM Master Data.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with EWM, SD, MM, and external logistics/carrier systems.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, testing, and deployment experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
