As a Fixed Asset/CAPEX/Leasing (P2RFA) Deployment Team Member the person will play a key role in delivering informatics solutions that fulfil requirements for the different wave countries for the Finance Deployment team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO, with strong expertise in FI-AA, CAPEX/Investment Management, and Leasing/CLM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI-AA on ERP and S/4HANA, including Asset Classes, Depreciation Keys, asset lifecycle, master data quality, onboarding, reassessment, and retirement.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 Leasing and SAP Contract & Lease Management (CLM), ideally with experience integrating solutions such as Planon.
• Practical experience with CAPEX processes and Project System, including WBS → AuC → capitalization → depreciation, budgeting, forecasting, cost-to-complete, variance tracking, and CAPEX approval workflows.
• Experience with SAP configuration, business blueprinting, solution design, and Fit-to-Template workshops.
• Experience implementing SAP solutions in Latin American and/or APAC countries.
• Good understanding of FI-GL, financial close, IFRS, internal controls, audit requirements, and finance processes; Tax knowledge is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and PP, particularly FI integration points.
• Experience with system validation, functional testing, validation documentation, and audit/compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP data migration, including ERP-to-S/4HANA and asset-related data migration.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English – written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Work in close partnership with the business, acting as a consultant, to understand their processes requirements and translate them into system designs and ERP functional solutions, based on SAP S/4 HANA.
• Define, design, build/configure, test and oversee the implementation of the end to end SAP functional solutions including systems, interfaces and platforms changes.
• Implementation of system changes, from technical evaluation of proposed changes, generation of alternatives, to document, test it and transition to a productive environment
• Collaborate with working teams ( external and internal ) to ensure continuous product increment for the business and keep IT alignment among different ARTs (Agile Release Trains) and project teams.
• Ensures that company’s IT standards are applied and adhered to IT standards (including security, privacy, quality and process) and compliance with requirements of regulatory bodies.
