We’re looking for a hands-on SAP MDG Consultant to join an international company based in the Gütersloh area in a hybrid in-house role. You’ll focus on MDG-M (Material Master) and play a key part in shaping and driving the company’s master data governance strategy. Working across teams, you’ll help ensure consistent, high-quality material master data that supports business continuity and global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP MDG-M (Material Master) projects and enhancements
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across material master processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define MDG requirements and implement solutions
• Actively contribute to the further development of MDG, with optional focus areas in MDG-BP and MDG-F

Your Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in SAP MDG, with deep know-how in MDG-M (Material Master)
• Bonus: experience with MDG-BP and/or MDG-F
• Strong understanding of master data lifecycle, governance models, and integration with ECC/S4HANA
• ABAP skills
• Fluent in German (B2 minimum) and English
• Based in Germany or willing to relocate
