We’re seeking a freelance S/4HANA Stream Lead to support a global industrial manufacturing client specializing in packaging equipment (e.g., PET bottle machinery). If you're a seasoned SAP expert ready to lead transformation initiatives and collaborate across domains, this is your opportunity to shine.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead domain-level workshops and manage 2–4 consultants/SMEs
• Drive Fit-to-Standard and Fit-to-Gap workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate with process owners and client BPOs to secure approvals and drive alignment
• Identify mission-critical business scenarios and assess short- and long-term impacts
• Deliver key documentation: Design Documents, Process Flows, and Business Blueprints
• Advocate best practices and ensure blueprint sign-off

🎯 What You Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on S/4HANA experience
• Deep expertise in one or more domains: Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production
• Proven leadership in workshop facilitation and blueprint development
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams and business groups
• Fluent in English and either Italian or French
