Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM/ERP Consultant with strong expertise in HR processes, data migration, and system configuration. The ideal candidate will lead workshops, guide technical teams, and support HR transformation initiatives through deep functional and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Data Migration Workshops within the SAP HCM space.
• Provide expert-level support across SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Organizational Management.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align system capabilities with business processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
• Analyze and interpret HR data using tools like SQL and SAP BI to generate actionable insights.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM/ERP solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills (Maximum of 6):

• SAP HCM/ERP Knowledge – Deep understanding of HR-related modules and processes.
• Leadership & Technical Expertise – Proven ability to lead teams through data migration and system design.
• HR Process Expertise – Strong grasp of end-to-end HR functions and industry best practices.
• Data Analysis Skills – Proficiency in SQL, SAP BI, and other analytical tools.
• Configuration & Customization – Hands-on experience tailoring SAP systems to business requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in HCM or related modules.
• Experience in large-scale HR transformation or ERP implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
