Conexus have partnered with a leader in the FMCG industry who are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations and enhance supply chain efficiency for high-volume, fast-paced FMCG environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions tailored to the specific needs of the FMCG sector.
• Analyze business processes in high-demand FMCG warehouse environments and provide optimized solutions to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP EWM with other modules, such as SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP TM, specifically in FMCG settings.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and provide expert advice to stakeholders focused on the fast-paced demands of FMCG warehousing and distribution.
• Conduct system testing, training, and support activities for end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations during and after SAP EWM implementation.
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing improvements in existing SAP EWM solutions.
• Stay updated on SAP EWM innovations, best practices, and industry trends in FMCG logistics.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant or similar role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Strong expertise in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management, specifically tailored to FMCG.
• Proven ability to work in fast-moving, high-volume warehouse environments.
• Experience integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TM).
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, particularly in fast-paced FMCG supply chains.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
