Position description

The position of SAP Analyst at our client entails being a pivotal part of the ERP department's product team, primarily focusing on SAP planning. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop specifications, configure the systems, system testing, deploy applications, user training, and ongoing support. The SAP analyst will be instrumental in digitally transforming forecasting and planning processes.
Based in Wigan, UK, with a hybrid work schedule.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
• Consulting with business associates, designing system changes, collaborating with developers, performing systems analysis, developing documentation, testing programs, and coordinating efforts between business and IT teams.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
• A degree in Information Systems, understanding of forecasting and planning processes, experience with SAP Production Planning, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel occasionally.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
Experience with SAP IBP implementation, knowledge of S/4 HANA, Agile Methodology, programming skills, and experience working with various organisational levels.
The successful candidate should demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication skills, proactive attitude, leadership capabilities, and teamwork.
