This permanent role involves managing the current SAP HCM System and developing solutions & processes. In particular the focus is on PA & PY with additional knowledge of interfaces with other systems like Payroll and Workday. We can consider candidates from quite junior levels (2 years +) up to much more senior levels.

Other tasks include gathering requirements, documentation, training, testing and support.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

● Minimum 2 years experience with SAP HCM PA/PY

● Understanding of HR systems implementation, interfaces and support

● Comfortable working with different systems and liaising with multiple teams

● Strong communication skills, including German language.
